Based on our observational and preclinical data we have developed unique medications based on delivering cannabinoids at specific ratios and timing so as to allow restoration of the endogenous endocannabinoid system. This result has a profound effect on the ability of the body to re-establish homeostasis. We’ve been able to exploit this effect and have developed patient-based programs and protocols to help manage a wide variety of disorders. We intend to follow the traditional and well-established mechanism for demonstrating efficacy of a medical treatment. We will be abiding by all federal and state laws to seek FDA approval before initiating any clinical trials in the United States; however, it is a big world and we are exploring the option of conducting trials in other countries. This includes following the stringent rules and guidelines set out by the FDA for phase 1 safety trials, phase 2 and phase 3 efficacy trials.
